Country Club Estates is a 24-hour guard-gated suburban community in Ventura County, the city of Thousand Oaks, and the community of Westlake Village. There are two gated entrances to the neighborhood; one on the north side and one on the south end.
Bordered by publicly owned parkland and centered around a 27-hole golf course and private country club, the community is a six-square-mile enclave of beautiful estates on pristine home sites that are surrounded by gorgeous scenery and rolling hills.
